This chalk drawing was done in London by JULIAN BEEVER. The artist is in the drawing, he appears to be perched on a window ledge of a tall building. It is a great 3-D illusion. The drawing is done on a flat pavement surface. Beever, known as the Pavement Picasso, has chalked pictures in England, Australia, America, France and Germany.This picture appeared in The Sunday Mail, South Australia.
